THINGS YOU CAN CHECK TO POSSIBLY SAVE YOURSELF A SERVICE CALL
POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
WASHERS
NO POWER : Check outlet for power, if none, it may be a bad outlet or popped circuit breaker.
NO WATER : Check that the valves on the wall are turned on. Also check to see if the screens are clogged in the valve on the washer.
DRYERS
NO POWER : Check outlet for power, if none, it may be a bad outlet or popped circuit breaker.
LOW or NO HEAT : Check for a clog in the venting. For electric dryers, check to see if either half of the circuit breaker has popped.
DISHWASHERS
NO POWER : Check outlet for power, if none, it may be a bad outlet or popped circuit breaker.
NO WATER : Check that the valve under the sink is turned on. Also check for a clogged screen in the valve on the dishwasher.
RANGES/OVENS
NO POWER : Check outlet for power, if none, it may be a bad outlet or popped circuit breaker.
LOW or NO HEAT : For electric ovens only, check to see if either half of the circuit breaker has popped.
GARBAGE DISPOSALS
NO POWER : Check outlet for power, if none, it may be a bad outlet or popped circuit breaker. If outlet has power check the reset button on the bottom of the disposal.
